"ICD-9 Search" provides a fast, full-text search of all the diagnosis codes in the International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM).
Lookup diagnosis codes by the name of the disease or condition (just type the first few letters to get started), or search by classification numbers.
Features
- Covers both standard classifications 001-999, as well as supplementary classifications E800-E999 and V01-V89
- Includes all fourth digit and fifth digit sub-codes, where applicable
- Data provided by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics, Federal Fiscal Year 2010 (FY10), for use as of October 1, 2009
